Adam has been in the building industry for over 30 years. He has been an Unlimited Building Practitioner for about the same time. In 2014 he has initiated the distribution of dott.Gallina polycarbonate systems throughout Australia under Light and Space Roof Systems. He is a recognised expert CPD presenter for building products to leading architects and building companies throughout Australia and New Zealand. Adam loves the use of structural timber of which he has an extensive knowledge having managed all Theca jobs from a site perspective.

An Architect by education, throughout his career Timothy has consistently strived to combine stunning design with cutting-edge technologies in the architecture and construction industries. He's particularly driven by the opportunity to merge these skills to achieve sustainable outcomes, thus he loved Theca Timber's mission. Tim’s role of NSW/ACT State Manager is making him the best point of call for the entire industry partners within the States, and in particular for Architects, with whom he never refuses a chat about concept design to be conceived in mass timber.

Andrea graduated with a master’s degree in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy. He began his career as an architect in Milan and later transitioned into construction project management, gaining experience in leading companies across retail, multi-use, and residential sectors. With a deep passion for the timber construction industry, he enthusiastically accepted the challenges presented by Theca in the energetic Australian market. Committed to continuous learning, he actively seeks out training courses that enhance his skills. Known for his organizational prowess, collaborative spirit, and attention to detail, Andrea ensures efficient and enjoyable project development.
